Household chat beside reminders and records
Use household chat for quick coordination — who paid, who picked up, who called the service centre — without sending the household memory back into scattered threads.
Memoria reads your school circulars, RC, warranty cards, insurance renewals and bills — and reminds you before they slip.
Six apps, three WhatsApp groups, paper diary, email. We built Memoria because we live this too.
“I have 3 ClassDojo logins, 2 Schoology accounts, and a Google Classroom for each kid. I get 47 notifications a day during exam week.”
“I keep a paper diary because nothing else works across all 3 of my kids’ schools.”
“How do you remember when to service which appliance — I just wait for it to break.”
Cross-domain by design. A kid, a vehicle, an appliance — all sharing one calendar, one vault, one reminder feed. Plus a virtual household member sitting alongside everyone else.
A virtual household member — DM them, add to groups, assign tasks, talk by voice. Your name, your persona.
See memoria as a member→PTA, exams, fees, homework, vaccine reminders — across all your kids' schools, on one calendar.
See kids & school→RC, insurance, PUC, FASTag, service intervals — never miss a renewal.
See vehicles→RO membrane every 12 months, AC service every 6, geyser yearly. We remember.
See appliances→Every important paper — encrypted vault, full-content search, exportable for claim.
See insurance & documents→The mental load isn't one parent's secret skill anymore. Visibility-without-effort.
See co-parent share→Core use cases that show up the most. Each links to the section that goes deeper.
Memoria isn’t a chatbot bolted on — it’s a member of your household. Direct-message them, add them to any group chat, hand them a task, or talk by voice in twelve languages. Same access rules as every other member, scoped strictly to your family.
Memoria reads forwarded circulars, fee notes and PTA invitations from any school ERP and parses them into one cross-kid calendar — with conflict warnings when two kids have something at the same time.
Forward the immunisation card and Memoria builds the calendar — DPT, MMR, Hepatitis, HPV, annual flu, COVID boosters — with reminders that fire a week before the due date and again the day before, in your language.
Snap your RC and we extract the vehicle, owner, fitness and PUC dates automatically. Reminders fire before lapse and again on the day, in your language, on your phone.
Add an appliance once. Memoria remembers the brand-recommended service interval and pings the right person in the household when it is due — Bosch, LG, Samsung, Voltas, Kent and every other brand you own.
Every important paper — RC, insurance policy, warranty card, fee receipt, school certificate, ID — encrypted at rest, household-scoped, full-content searchable, exportable for claims.
Spouse, co-parent and extended family on the same household with role-based access, chat and activity. The working partner sees what is happening this week without having to ask.
Use household chat for quick coordination — who paid, who picked up, who called the service centre — without sending the household memory back into scattered threads.
No new app to teach the school. Save the Memoria number once, long-press → Forward, and the circular lands in the right kid’s calendar with the right date, location and fee — every time.
Under 30 seconds, from capture to reminder. We do the reading. You get on with your day.
WhatsApp circular from school, insurance email, photo of the warranty card — Memoria takes whatever you already do.
Memoria extracts dates, amounts, and which kid or vehicle it belongs to — no templates, no manual entry.
Grouped notifications, DND respected, travel skipped. Three things due this week, one push — not 47.
No new habit to build. WhatsApp, email, photo — whatever reaches you, reaches Memoria.
Save the Memoria number, forward circulars and bills from your registered phone. Replies you can trust.
Forward school newsletters, e-bills, insurance renewals from your registered email — we parse and file automatically.
Snap a paper notice, RC, warranty card or fee receipt. We read it.
Camera in the appSpouse, co-parent and extended family on the same household — with role-based access, chat and activity. The working spouse sees what’s happening without having to ask.
Did someone pay the electricity bill?

Not a chatbot bolted on. A member of your family that you name and shape. DM them. Add them to a group. Hand them a task. Hear them out loud. Same access rules as every other member — household-scoped, encrypted, never trained on your data.
Coach, when is Riya’s annual day?
“Did we pay the electricity bill?”
Memoria summarised the week
AES-256 server-side encryption on every vault file. Access is gated to verified members of your household — nobody else.
We don’t sell data. Not now, not after a Series B. Hard-line, in writing.
Verifiable parental consent for any kid under 18. Audit trail on every privileged action.
English plus 9 Indian languages and 2 Western. Native Devanagari, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, and Gurmukhi metrics.
We built Memoria after using all of these. Here is the honest side-by-side — pick the one that fits your household, not the one with the most marketing.
You want what you already forward — circulars, bills, warranty cards — to land in a calendar without manual entry, across more than just kids.
See the comparison →You want family coordination plus a single household memory that includes the car, the AC, the insurance, and every important paper.
See the comparison →You want the same AI capture but across every household domain, not just calendar and meals — with WhatsApp forward and a real vault.
See the comparison →You want the same ownership-tracking across the car, appliances, insurance and documents — with auto-capture so you’re not the data-entry clerk.
See the comparison →You want the same family visibility on the phone everyone already has, with vehicles / appliances / insurance / documents covered too.
See the comparison →You have multiple kids, multiple schools, and you’re tired of opening 3 apps to see what’s due this week.
See the comparison →You want vehicle tracking that auto-fills from your RC scan, plus the rest of the household in the same app.
See the comparison →You want a calendar that knows the difference between a PTA, a fee, and a service interval — and reminds you accordingly.
See the comparison →A virtual household member that lives inside your app like any other family member. DM them, add them to a group chat, assign them tasks, and talk by text or voice. Default name is Memoria — rename to Coach, Naani, House, or anything else; set a persona that matches how your family talks. Strictly household-scoped, grounded in your vault, never trained on your data.
Yes — hold-to-talk in any chat with them. Memoria transcribes, answers, and reads the reply back in your language. Works hands-free for cooking, driving, and bedtime routines. Twelve languages, native voices.
No. We layer on top of every school ERP. Forward what your school sends — Memoria parses it into one calendar across all your kids' schools.
Yes — forward or snap the immunisation card and Memoria builds a per-kid vaccine reminder schedule (DPT, MMR, Hepatitis, HPV, annual flu, COVID boosters). Reminders fire a week ahead and again the day before, in your language.
Documents in the vault are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and gated by household-scoped access — only verified members of your household can read them. Never shared with third parties. Built around DPDP-2023 from day one.
Twelve in total — English plus 9 Indian languages (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi) and Spanish, French.
Keep them. Memoria sits alongside, aggregating what you forward — not replacing the apps that schools and brands require you to use.
Yes. Roles are first-class — primary, co-parent, guardian, child — each with the right scope. Household chat is included for quick coordination between active members.
Yes. Active household members can use chat rooms for quick coordination, so reminders, records, and decisions stay in the same household account.
Save your Memoria number to contacts (we send it after sign-up), then long-press the school message, bill, or warranty card and tap Forward. The reply you get back is the same item that just landed in your dashboard.
Yes. The alias is yours alone, scoped to your household, and only accepts senders you allow or that match a learned-trusted pattern. Anything else lands in a quarantine you review.
High for printed or typed documents — the engine reads warranty cards, RCs, fee receipts, school circulars and PUC certificates reliably. For handwritten notes we extract what we can and flag the rest for you to confirm.
Yes — that is the headline use case. One household, one calendar, every school. Each kid has their own profile, their own school context, their own ERP forwarders. The week view shows who has what, with conflict warnings when two kids have something at the same time.
Settings → Delete my household. We require an OTP, log the action, and process the deletion within 30 days under DPDP-2023. You can export your vault and structured records as a single archive before deletion.
iOS 16 and newer (iPhone 8 or later). Android 11 and newer. The web app works on the current major version of every modern browser.
No. Your captures are processed for extraction and reminders only — never used to train shared models. The privacy policy says this in plain words and the contract reflects it.
