Can I voice-chat with the virtual member?
Yes — hold-to-talk in any chat with them. Memoria transcribes, answers, and reads the reply back in your language. Works hands-free for cooking, driving, and bedtime routines. Twelve languages, native voices.
Does Memoria replace ClassDojo or HelloParent?
No. We layer on top of every school ERP. Forward what your school sends — Memoria parses it into one calendar across all your kids' schools.
Does Memoria handle vaccine reminders?
Yes — forward or snap the immunisation card and Memoria builds a per-kid vaccine reminder schedule (DPT, MMR, Hepatitis, HPV, annual flu, COVID boosters). Reminders fire a week ahead and again the day before, in your language.
Is my data private?
Documents in the vault are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and gated by household-scoped access — only verified members of your household can read them. Never shared with third parties. Built around DPDP-2023 from day one.
Which languages does it support?
Twelve in total — English plus 9 Indian languages (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi) and Spanish, French.
What about my school and brand-specific apps?
Keep them. Memoria sits alongside, aggregating what you forward — not replacing the apps that schools and brands require you to use.
Can my spouse see and contribute?
Yes. Roles are first-class — primary, co-parent, guardian, child — each with the right scope. Household chat is included for quick coordination between active members.

Yes. Active household members can use chat rooms for quick coordination, so reminders, records, and decisions stay in the same household account.
How do I forward something from WhatsApp?
Save your Memoria number to contacts (we send it after sign-up), then long-press the school message, bill, or warranty card and tap Forward. The reply you get back is the same item that just landed in your dashboard.
Is the email forwarding alias safe to share with schools and insurers?
Yes. The alias is yours alone, scoped to your household, and only accepts senders you allow or that match a learned-trusted pattern. Anything else lands in a quarantine you review.
How accurate is the photo OCR for paper notices and warranty cards?
High for printed or typed documents — the engine reads warranty cards, RCs, fee receipts, school circulars and PUC certificates reliably. For handwritten notes we extract what we can and flag the rest for you to confirm.
Does Memoria work for multiple kids in different schools?
Yes — that is the headline use case. One household, one calendar, every school. Each kid has their own profile, their own school context, their own ERP forwarders. The week view shows who has what, with conflict warnings when two kids have something at the same time.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete my household. We require an OTP, log the action, and process the deletion within 30 days under DPDP-2023. You can export your vault and structured records as a single archive before deletion.
Which iOS and Android versions does Memoria support?
iOS 16 and newer (iPhone 8 or later). Android 11 and newer. The web app works on the current major version of every modern browser.
Does Memoria train AI on my household data?
No. Your captures are processed for extraction and reminders only — never used to train shared models. The privacy policy says this in plain words and the contract reflects it.
