Who we are
Memoria is built and operated by Ekarche Private Limited (CIN U58200UW2026PTC253262), Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281502, India. The contact addresses below reach the team that operates Memoria under the Ekarche umbrella.
What we collect
Account: phone number, email, display name, locale. Household: name, country, timezone. Domain entities you create: kids, vehicles, appliances, insurance policies, documents. Capture metadata: channel, sender, timestamps, device.
How we use it
To run the service: parse forwarded content, schedule reminders, deliver notifications, hold your encrypted vault, process subscription payments. Not for advertising, not for resale.
How long we keep it
- Account data— kept until you delete your account or your household.
- Trashed items— held in the trash for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
- Capture & extraction raw payloads— retained for 365 days, then permanently deleted on the retention sweep.
- Billing & invoice records— retained for 8 years (statutory requirement under Indian tax law).
- Audit logs— retained for up to 5 years for DPDP / GDPR compliance and archived to long-term cold storage. Deleted alongside your account data when you exercise your right to erasure.

Third parties
We engage a small set of sub-processors strictly to deliver the Memoria service: hosting and encrypted object storage, subscription billing, inbound and outbound messaging, document extraction, and a language model for translation and classification. None of them receive data outside the scope of the specific operation we ask them to perform. The current sub-processor list with vendor names is available on request from hello@joinmemoria.one.
