Who we are
Memoria is operated by Ekarche, the company that builds and runs this service. The contact addresses below reach the team that operates Memoria under the Ekarche umbrella.
What we collect
Account: phone number, email, display name, locale. Household: name, country, timezone. Domain entities you create: kids, vehicles, appliances, insurance policies, documents. Capture metadata: channel, sender, timestamps, device.
How we use it
To run the service: parse forwarded content, schedule reminders, deliver notifications, hold your encrypted vault, process Family Pro payments. Not for advertising, not for resale.
Where it lives
India-anchored households are hosted in India (Mumbai region). Backups are replicated within the same region; primary storage does not leave it.

Third parties
We engage a small set of sub-processors strictly to deliver the Memoria service: hosting and encryption-key management, subscription billing, inbound and outbound messaging, document extraction, and a language model for translation and classification. None of them receive data outside the scope of the specific operation we ask them to perform. The current sub-processor list with vendor names is available on request from hello@joinmemoria.one.
