Refund & cancellation

Plain-English summary:
  • Cancel anytime — no fee, no questions.
  • Refunds within 14 days of charge for new subscribers.
  • Failed payments retry, then downgrade. Data is never deleted on downgrade.

How to cancel

Cancel from inside the Memoria app under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your paid features stay active until then.

Refund window

Within 14 days of your first paid charge, write to hello@joinmemoria.onefor a full refund — no reason needed. We process within 7 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription enters a grace period before lapsing. When it lapses, Memoria moves access back to the included plan. Your data is never deleted on downgrade — items beyond the included quota become read-only and unlock again on payment recovery.

Disputes

Disputed charges trigger an immediate access pause on paid features until the dispute is resolved through your card or bank network. We never auto-bill on a disputed payment instrument.
