Refund & cancellation

Plain-English summary:
  • Cancel anytime — no fee, no questions.
  • Refunds within 14 days of charge for new subscribers.
  • Failed payments retry, then downgrade. Data is never deleted on downgrade.

How to cancel

Cancel from inside the Memoria app under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Family Pro until then.

Refund window

Within 14 days of your first Family Pro charge, write to hello@joinmemoria.one for a full refund — no reason needed. We process within 7 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription enters a grace period before lapsing. When it lapses, Memoria moves access to the Free tier. Your data is never deleted on downgrade — items above the Free tier become read-only and unlock again on payment recovery.

Disputes

Disputed charges trigger an immediate Family Pro access pause until the dispute is resolved through your card or bank network. We never auto-bill on a disputed payment instrument.
