Does Memoria connect to VAHAN?
Direct VAHAN integration is gated to government-approved aggregators. Memoria handles VAHAN data the way you receive it — forwarded SMS, scanned RC, manual entry — and is signed up to add direct integration if and when made available to consumer apps.
Can I scan an old or faded RC?
Yes. The vision pipeline handles paper photos, scans, and worn cards. Low-confidence fields are flagged so you can correct them before saving.
Does it integrate with service centres?
Memoria deep-links to the brand service centre app for booking. We do not take a commission and do not double-book — the booking lives in the centre's system, the reminder in Memoria.
