Getting started
How do I create a household? Sign up in the mobile app, give your household a name, invite your co-parent or partner. Everyone you invite sees the same vault.
How do I invite a co-parent? Settings → Members → Invite. We send a one-time link. The invite expires after seven days; resend if needed.
Capturing things
How do I get an email into Memoria?Forward the email to your household’s intake address (Settings → Email intake). We parse it, ask the AI to extract the useful bits, and file it.
Why didn’t my forwarded email show up? Either the sender failed SPF/DKIM/DMARC (forwarded mail often does — try re-sending from the original sender), or the AI quota for your plan is exhausted (see pricing).
Privacy & data
How do I delete my data? Settings → Account → Delete. We OTP-verify, then process within 30 days. See data deletion.
Who can see what? Anything you put in the household vault is visible to every member. The AI DM channel is per-member; nobody else sees your DMs unless you ask the AI to share.
Billing
How do I cancel Pro? Settings → Billing → Cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the billing period. See refund & cancellation.
Trouble?
App won’t open / keeps crashing. Update to the latest version, restart your device, then email us if it persists.
Can’t sign in. Reset password from the sign-in screen. If that fails, email us — we can recover via OTP to your verified email.
