Items above the free-tier limit become read-only — they are never deleted. Upgrade again or delete excess items at your pace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app or the Dodo customer portal. Your Family Pro features remain until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see the refund and cancellation policy for the window and process.
Is there a free trial of Family Pro?
Yes — 14 days, no card needed for your first kid plus first vehicle plus first five documents. After that you choose Free or Family Pro.
