Insurance & document vault

Every important paper, encrypted, always findable.

RCs, insurance policies, warranty cards, fee receipts, school certificates — all in one encrypted vault. Searchable across structured fields and the text inside scanned documents.

What you get

Encrypted at rest

Every document is encrypted at rest with AES-256 server-side encryption. Access is gated by household — only verified members of your household can read your files.

Full-content search

Search "Honda RC" or "Riya report card last term" — Memoria reads the contents of every document, not just filenames.

One unified vault

No more "where did I put that policy?" — RCs, insurance, warranty, school, fee receipts, IDs, photos, all kinds in one place.

Export-as-PDF bundles

For resale (vehicle), claim (insurance), or audit (school admission) — bundle and export the relevant set in one tap.

Survives phone changes

Cloud-stored, encrypted at rest, and tied to your household's access controls. Your phone breaks; your vault doesn't.

Linked to the right entity

A scanned RC belongs to the vehicle. A fee receipt to the kid. A warranty card to the appliance. The vault knows.

FAQ

How is the vault protected?

Memoria uses AES-256 server-side encryption at rest with strict household-scoped access controls. Searchable indexing, multi-language extraction, and co-parent share require server-side processing, so v1 is not true end-to-end encryption.

Where does the vault live?

Inside India for India-anchored households. Each household’s data is partitioned and isolated by household-scoped authorization, never shared across households.

Can I export everything if I stop using Memoria?

Yes — full export as a PDF bundle plus structured JSON of every entity. Available from Settings or via /data-deletion.
