A virtual household member — by name, by voice, by side.
Memoria isn’t a chatbot bolted on. It’s a member of your household — addressable like any other family member. DM them directly. Add them to a group. Hand them a task. Hear them out loud. Same access rules as every other member, household-scoped to your family.
What you get
Name them, shape them
Default is Memoria. Rename to Coach, Naani, House, Ari — whatever fits your family. Give them a persona (warm aunt, blunt accountant, kid-friendly storyteller) and they keep that voice.
Direct message, like any member
1:1 chat with your virtual member, in the household app. Ask anything about the household — “when is Riya’s annual day?”, “what does the AC warranty cover?” — get an answer grounded in your vault, not the internet.
Add them to any group
@-mention or just add them to a household group chat. They’ll summarise long threads, draft replies to the school, lookup a warranty mid-conversation, or stay silent until called on. Their behaviour is up to you.
Hand them tasks
Assign tasks just like you would another member: “draft the leave note for Ms Sharma”, “call the AC service centre tomorrow at 10 and remind me”, “summarise this week before Sunday dinner”. They report back when done.
Voice when your hands are full
Hold-to-talk in any chat with them. Cooking, driving, putting a kid to bed — speak the ask, hear the reply, in your language. Twelve languages, native scripts, native voice.
Grounded in your household
Every answer comes from the warranty card you scanned, the circular you forwarded, the renewal you set in March. Strictly household-scoped — cannot see another family’s data, ever.
Private, encrypted, never sold
Conversations live inside your encrypted household. Never used to train shared models, never sold. DPDP-2023 compliant from day one.
Free to start, unlimited on Pro
Free plan includes a steady allowance for everyday DMs, group replies, and tasks. Family Pro lifts the cap — talk and assign as often as the household needs.
FAQ
Is the AI member really treated like a member?
Yes — same shape as a human member. They have a name and avatar in the household, can be DM’d, can be added to any chat group, and can be assigned tasks. The difference: they’re virtual, available 24/7, and grounded in your vault rather than their own memory.
Can I rename Memoria and give them a persona?
Yes. The household creator sets the name and persona on day one — and can change either at any time from Settings. Pick whatever your family already calls each other — Naani, Bhai, Coach, House — and Memoria will answer to it. The persona shapes their tone: warm and reassuring, brisk and to-the-point, kid-friendly, whatever fits.
How do I add Memoria to a group chat?
Same way you add any member — open the group, tap Add member, pick Memoria. From there, @-mention them when you want a reply, or assign them a task on the thread.
What kind of tasks can I assign?
Anything you’d ask a thoughtful family member to handle around the household: draft a message, look up a document, summarise the week, watch for a reminder, prepare a checklist for school admission, compile every fee receipt this year. They’ll work and report back.
How does the voice feature work?
Hold the mic button in any chat with them — DM or group. Memoria transcribes, answers, and reads the reply back in your language. Works hands-free for cooking, driving, and bedtime routines.
Which languages does the AI member speak?
All twelve Memoria languages — English plus 8 Indian (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi) and 4 Western (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German). Chat and voice both. Switch per-member or per-conversation.
Does the AI member see other households?
No. Strictly household-scoped — same access controls as every other member. Cannot see another family’s vault, calendar, or messages. Ever.
Is the conversation private?
Yes. Conversations live inside your encrypted household. Never used to train shared models, never sold. DPDP-2023 compliant from day one.
What does “limited” mean on the free plan?
Free includes a steady monthly allowance of DMs, group replies, and task assignments — enough for the everyday “when is the next service due” / “draft this note” / “summarise the week” pattern. Family Pro removes the cap entirely.
