Sub-processors

Third parties that process Memoria customer data on our behalf. We give 30 days’ notice in writing (via email to the account on file and a banner in the app) before adding a new one. Last updated 2026-06-10.

Hosting + infrastructure

• Amazon Web Services — Mumbai (ap-south-1). Compute, managed Postgres, S3 object storage, encrypted at rest + in transit.

Email + push

• Amazon SES — transactional email (sign-up, OTP, password reset, household invites).
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — Android push delivery only (device token + display copy, no message body persistence).
• Apple Push Notification service — iOS push delivery only.

AI extraction

• OpenAI — vision + text extraction. Zero-data- retention addendum on file (ZDR opt-in confirmed; inputs are not used to train models). Processed in the US.
• Anthropic — vision + text extraction. Zero-data- retention addendum on file. Processed in the US.

Error reporting + analytics

• Sentry — crash and error reports. User PII stripped via SDK defaults (`sendDefaultPii: false`).

Source code + CI

• GitHub — source code, CI runs. No customer data processed; named here for completeness.

Objections + notice

If you wish to object to a new sub-processor within the 30-day notice window, email hello@joinmemoria.one — we will discuss alternatives or, if no alternative is feasible, help you delete your household before the change lands.
