Refund & cancellation

- Cancel anytime — no fee, no questions.
- Refunds within 14 days of charge for new subscribers.
- Failed payments retry, then downgrade. Data is never deleted on downgrade.
How to cancel
From the Memoria app: Settings → Billing → Cancel. From the web: Dodo Payments customer portal (linked from the same Settings screen). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Family Pro until then.
Refund window
New Family Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge, no reason needed. Email support@joinmemoria.one with your registered phone or email and the invoice ID.
Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for pro-rata refunds within 30 days of renewal if you have not added more than 5 items beyond the free tier in that period.
Failed payments & dunning
If a renewal payment fails, Memoria retries on a 1-day, 4-day, and 7-day cadence. After the third failure, the subscription moves to past-due and access drops to the Free tier. Your data is never deleted on downgrade — items above the Free tier become read-only and unlock again on payment recovery.
Disputes
Chargebacks and disputes are handled through Dodo Payments’ process. Disputed charges trigger immediate access pause until resolved. We never auto-bill on a disputed card.
